"you signing to me?"

by Administrator 28. March 2009 13:53

I tried to explain to Abby that they were signing to her and me... but she wouldn't or couldn't listen. The after-effect left by some hunk was clearly more than either one of us could manage.  Guilt is obviously written all over her face. To save me further guilt by our association and my responsibility, i edited out my photo.

Abby is a great dog- she gives more free love and joy to more kids, to the elderly and to just about anyone else who comes in contact with her. Abby loves people and people love Abby. She's a rescue dog- technically, that means we rescued her. I think, that's debatable. But what isn't is her love of the life she now has and her wonderful ways she shares and shows it. Not the life she lived on the streets dumpster dunking to survive or in the shelter praying to survive.

So, as President Obama took responsibility for the economy he inherited, i fully take responsibility for Abby peeing sometimes where she shouldn't. I'll try to guide her to the curb and maybe even yank her chain if need be.  At least she might appreciate what many of us are going through more and more these days...getting our chain pulled, only then to get peed on!  It's a sign of the times, but then again signs are often ignored and times change PDQ!!

About Cliff

It's about 1 to 10 and one per day. No, not the scale, or the odds or even the prison sentence, but a different kind of measure… I have One year until my Ten year anniversary of surviving a near fatal heart attack. Given I made through rheumatic heart decease as a kid and have been a insulin dependent diabetic for years, it's a special time and there's no way I'm not going to celebrate just how special it is and how lucky I am!
