“What a great year. I will always remember the many moments these 365 daily little insights seemed to create. Ten years to the day…I am the most thankful, luckiest guy alive today!”

Love to all, but specifically to:

My loving, soul-mate wife Josana

My incredible son Matthew

My amazingly awesome daughter Samantha

My inspiration and always supportive father Jerry (and truly wonderful Stepmom Lois)

My own flesh and brothers- Johnny, Eric and Hunter- love and hope through thick and thin!

Many thanks to my great friends at Flightpath for making the site not only a reality, but wonderful-Steve, Jon, Denise, Ryan- love you guys!!!

Special thanks to the special Nurses and Doctors at the White Plains Medical Center ER for saving my life 10 years ago today...every year Josana, Sam, me have brought bagels to celebrate, today your're cake:)

Special, special thanks to the most incredible Cardiologist and support team imaginable-Dr. Melvin Weiss of Cardiologist Associates/Westechester Medical Center, Lillian and Nurse Nancy my nuclear stress test giving wonder!!!

And to my father-in law, Allen Siegel, who provided so many of the life captivating images throughout the year. His passing this summer is still hard to believe- we love, miss and cherish his life!  Love to Ina, how i lucked and loved out with my mother in-law!

And to my college room-mate, dearest friend Steve Goldberg, who also provided his remarkable eye and view of the world- also, from all over the world- with his beautiful photography.  Our hearts are with you and your dad Steve!

About Cliff

It's about 1 to 10 and one per day. No, not the scale, or the odds or even the prison sentence, but a different kind of measure… I have One year until my Ten year anniversary of surviving a near fatal heart attack. Given I made through rheumatic heart decease as a kid and have been a insulin dependent diabetic for years, it's a special time and there's no way I'm not going to celebrate just how special it is and how lucky I am!
