Today is my 10th wedding anniversary... if i had not been the luckiest guy in the world about 100 days from now in 1999, today would not be so joyous for Josana-although, lets be real, hopefully she would be re-married maybe celebrating, i don't know, her 6th anniversary this year.
But gallows humor aside, today's ROP-June 5th- is an indirect nod to life today literally and figuratively. Virtually anything is possible in a "virtual/computer" kind of way. But given our wonderful new President, virtually anything is clearly possible. Literally, while i can't run a marathon under three hours, maybe under 5 hrs, maybe at all anymore- that said, 10 years ago come Sept. it would have been virtually, literally, totally impossible- but not today, not now!
So, while i respect the laws of physics, i really respect the laws of imagination, of opportunity, of possibility... of literally anything that lives to see and celebrate the light of day. Like a 10 year anniversary to the one i love more everyday and every year!
