September 26th is 10 years to the day i had my heart attack and lived life to tell about it! And with love and support of Josana and Abby (the other dog in my life), i will bike over 1,600 miles- some days a 100 miles, other days less... but everyday, every person we meet along the way will be a special celebration...literally, showing how far we've come over the past decade!
