So, Why “Life on the Cliff”?
Beyond the obvious that my name is Cliff and it's somewhat cute, even provocative? The real reason is I have been close to the edge my whole life. My Mom died when I was ready to turn seven of a heart attack so I know all too well, without the miracle of the "TPA" clot busting drug, stents and subsequent by-pass surgery, September 26, 2009 would be a way different 10 year anniversary for my now 20 year old son Matt, 17 year old daughter Samantha and my beloved wife Josana, who I had just married in June of 1999. And yes, that was my 2nd chance at marriage, as surviving my "HA" was my second chance at life!
So welcome, this is a year to celebrate and share! Hopefully these little daily Rhymes of Passion observations will add a smile to your day or maybe even a resounding "ain't that the truth!" Like one of my early realizations...In life, what happens early, happens often!
